Following graduation, Chris held a number of positions including general manager of a country house hotel before joining a major financial institution as head of catering and subsequently staff planning manager.
He spent the next 10 years as a leading hospitality, catering and FM consultant undertaking major projects covering strategy, policy development, contract monitoring & foodservice design for a range of blue chip clients including Microsoft; the BBC; Lloyds of London and Barclays.
Seeking new challenges Chris returned to operations in hotels and commercial restaurants, working with leading industry figures, Roy Ackerman, Nick Scade and celebrity chefs to develop and manage restaurants and food & beverage operations with hotel brands including Millennium & Copthorne, IHG and Hilton. For the next five years Chris headed up one of the UK’s leading providers of purchasing solutions to the hospitality industry before becoming a partner in the Litmus Partnership.
Chris has undertaken both national and global projects and assignments for a broad range of clients including Bank of Tokyo, University of Hull, Jones Lang LaSalle, Four Seasons.
