Craig has been involved in the catering industry for the past 25 years working from the ground up. For the past 20 years he has specialised in the education sector as a senior level operator with a clear understanding of the delivery and execution of food services within a wide range of education settings.
With a proven track record in operations Craig is well placed to support every category of stakeholder throughout a tender/review process. He has worked alongside clients, governors, stakeholders and students to bring about tangible, positive change for the better in the delivery of a vast array of services including catering, cleaning, grounds & soft services.
Having worked with numerous primary, secondary, colleges and MAT clients, Craig brings a wealth of knowledge and experience which will support our services to new and existing education clients such as monitoring, mentoring, and managing the service delivery newly appointed contractors to ensure they deliver on their sales promises.
Craig is all about creating and nurturing positive change that benefits all his clients and which result in positive relationships between providers and their clients.
