Candice Finn – Commercial Development Director


An experienced business development professional, with 15 years’ experience working in the catering and facilities management sector, Candice prides herself on building long lasting and effective relationships with colleagues, clients and prospects.

Most recently working within the Independent School’s sector, Candice brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in this unique marketplace. This will support the continuous improvement of our services to existing education clients and the ongoing development of our unique propositions for this and other sectors.

Strategy & Performance

  • Provide overarching strategic insight, planning and business development support to all areas of the Litmus Business and its partners.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to deliver targeted, sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Create a targeted sales strategy to deliver new business opportunities in existing, new, and emerging markets.
  • Assist in setting financial targets, budget development and monitoring progress.

Risk & Compliance

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate commercial opportunities and asses their viability and chance of success.
  • Monitor and report on performance of commercial activities to ensure return on investment.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and contractual arrangements to ensure transparent, equitable and profitable partnerships.

People & Culture

  • To promote a culture of innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset across all areas of the business, developing creative strategies to expand The Litmus Partnership’s commercial activities.
  • Collaborate and co-ordinate with our diverse Litmus teams, to ensure we work together towards our shared goals.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are being met.
