Simon Quill


After studying Psychology at University, Simon started in the catering industry in 2003 working his way up to Executive Chef at several high profile pubs and restaurants in Birmingham.

Simon started a catering business in 2009 initially within the business and industry and hospitality sector before moving into the education sector in 2010. He built the business up as Managing Director gaining 75+ contracts covering a range of Primary, Secondary, All Through Schools and also some SEN schools.

Simon brings a wealth of experience to the Litmus Partnership from educational catering and facilities management and a comprehensive understanding of what a great catering service and facilities management provision looks like from an operational and financial perspective. His attention to detail and complete understanding of the market assists clients when they are looking at ensuring that they are receiving “best value” in qualitative and financial terms from their respective service providers whether contracted or operated in-house.

Simon has a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people and volunteers as a support worker for the National Youth Advocacy Service in Herefordshire.
