Howie has over thirty years industry experience gained in senior ops management across retail, concessions, B&I, leisure and FM soft services. He has worked with large and small organisations, always focused to deliver service excellence.
After completing his MBA, with 15 years’ experience already gained, Howie has added strategic, quantitative and analytical skills to add to his common sense and personable, qualitative approach towards operational improvement.
In his FM days, Howie enjoyed the opportunity to be a client of food service contractors giving valuable insight into the client/ contractor relationship from a reverse perspective, which in turn gives opportunity to enhance KPI’s beyond the norm and consistently improve contractor performance
