Simon has worked in the Catering and Facilities Management industries for 30 years, during which time he has held directorships with the industry’s leading contractors. He specialises in tender management, operational efficiency and delivering strategic change across a broad range of sectors for businesses that either outsource or insource their support services.
In addition to his senior position with Litmus he was also Founder & Chairman of the Catering & Hospitality Committee for the British Institute of Facilities Management, Vice Chairman of the Institute of Hospitality, London and a member of the steering Group for the Hospitality & Foodservice Voluntary Agreement for WRAP (Waste Resources Action Programme).
