TUCO (February 2023)

Mike Iddon, Managing Director, Retail Services, appeared in the February issue of TUCO, which is the official magazine for the University Caterers Organisation. Mike’s comments were featured in a Grab & Go feature titled ‘Moving on Up’, where he talked about the different day parts and opportunity to capture sales at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the importance of speed for students – from the pre-ordering process through to payment.
