Our Facilities Management specialists attended the FM Forum

Kicking off the new year John Brownless and Karl Cundill, Joint Managing Directors of our Facilities Management (FM) division, LitmusFM, presented at the FM Forum, in Stansted, on 22nd and 23rd January.

The FM Forum is a focused event for forward thinking procurement professionals to meet, learn and connect with industry suppliers offering the most innovative FM products and services.

At the Forum, John and Karl connected with many of the delegates, discussing the range of specialist services the Litmus team offer including Asset Management, Preventative Maintenance Planning and Lifecycle Modelling, as well as future trends within the FM business that are on the horizon.

Our attendance at the event, comes after a period of exponential growth for our FM division. Under John and Karl’s stewardship, LitmusFM has reported a 300% increase in revenue year-on-year and their client base tripling, with multiple projects lined up for 2024. The rocketing growth is down to the team’s unrivalled experience, business acumen and a canny knack to perfectly pair specialist experienced consultants with key projects.

In a recent restructuring last year, the business was split into two specialist areas of FM Consultancy and Asset Management, with John and Karl taking on the roles of Joint Managing Directors. The FM team work across a broad spectrum of sectors including Higher Education, Healthcare, Sport & Leisure and Retail destinations.
