Industry veteran Terry Wyldes joins LitmusFM

We’re pleased to be welcoming industry veteran, Terry Wyldes to our LitmusFM division, as a Senior Consultant.

Terry brings a wealth of Facilities Management, Retail and Hospitality experience and expertise with him, which will complement and bolster the existing team which is headed up by Partner’s John Brownless and Karl Cundill.

With a 38 year career behind him, Terry started within the Retail sector working with Warburtons, as Sales Manager in their 200 retail shop business across the North West, and from there was headhunted by Greggs as Retail Sales Director, where he stayed for six years.

It was at this stage that he took his Hospitality and Retail experience, and turned his attention to Facilities Management, joining City Facilities Management Ltd, with clients including retail giants ASDA and Marks & Spencer.

Over his 19 years at City, Terry was Head of Retail FM Operations, Head of Distribution and Logistics FM and then finally Operations Director, during which time Terry was part of the leadership team that restructured the business leading to the merger of their Hard and Soft FM service divisions.

Terry has a successful track record in delivering business transformation and change management programmes alongside strategic partnership development, P&L management, and contract renegotiation, as well as significant knowledge, understanding and experience of asset management, lifecycle costing and asset replacement planning closely linked to the delivery of planned maintenance and full legal and statutory compliance.

Terry says: “Following conversations with both John and Karl, I was attracted to LitmusFM due to the current customer mix of contracts and projects on the horizon, which align and fit well with my previous experience. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in, helping to grow the division and securing new opportunities.”

With this great addition to the FM consultancy team, and some exciting forthcoming projects, we’re looking forward to seeing the next few months unfold for the LitmusFM division.

Welcome Terry!
