It’s hard to believe that it’s been 12 months since we hosted our Vested seminar in London, where the Founder of Vested Kate Vitasek flew over from the US and spoke to an invited audience of business decision-makers and some of hospitality’s leading press publications.
As Nigel Forbes, our Managing Partner recalls:
“Litmus first got involved with Kate Vitasek and Vested some three years ago when we had a couple of our Directors attend the training course in the US.
“I attended that course myself and whilst a Vested deal might not be suitable for everyone, it’s certainly had a part to play in these difficult times where clients and suppliers will have a stronger partnership by working collaboratively together.”
For those who aren’t aware, Vested is an innovative and progressive business concept that is revolutionising client/service provider relationships across Europe and the US. The mindset behind Vested is not ‘what’s in it for me’, but ‘what’s in it for we’. It can take your business relationships to places you never thought possible.
Nigel Forbes continues:
“Our event last year was excellent and many who attended commented on how the Vested approach was one that they would like to apply to their working relationships. The idea of focusing on the mutual success of both the company and the service provider, and aligning on goals, can drive much innovation and a strengthened sense of partnership.”
