Consolidate Billing – The Litmus Verify Service
Trades Union Congress – the National Trade Union Centre in London’s West End. Each year the catering operation were spending £200k on food and beverage costs from a range of suppliers. This was amounting to 1,000+ invoices per year that had to be checked by their relatively small finance team. We now manage all their invoices – and they just deal with one food and beverage invoice each month.
Purchasing Benchmarking – The Litmus Metrics Service
Radisson Hotel Group – one of the largest and most dynamic hotel groups in the industry. The Group has 55 hotels in the UK and spends circa. £6m per annum on their food and beverages. They wanted to check that the pricing was competitive against market averages. We delivered a really easy-to-understand dashboard report which detailed where the opportunity to save money was. They now work with us and, since the first month of reporting, they have seen savings of more than £275k.
