Litmus Partnership announces two new appointments

We’re announcing two new appointments to our team to support continued growth.

Joe Parfitt, who has been Partner with us for over 10 years, has been appointed Managing Partner (Education) as of April 2022. A highly experienced consultant, Joe specialises in the independent education sector. He helps establishments get best value from their catering and domestic services departments, conducting benchmarking, strategic reviews and tendering for many prestigious clients. He also leads catering design projects, including at Oxford University colleges.

Matthew Agnew has joined us as Partner in Central Services. With over 19 years’ experience in the foodservice and facilities management sector, Matthew is an accomplished operational manager with vast experience in food, catering and hospitality having managed and worked within the Sports and Leisure, Education and Business and Industry sectors. Matthew brings extensive strategic leadership, change management, and a passion for customer service. He is also well versed in delivering increased revenue and profitability.

In addition to our core catering and hospitality division, we have three additional divisions: LitmusFM, Litmus Retail and Litmus Leisure, each focusing and delivering within its specialist area.
