Garden Centre Catering magazine (Spring 2022 issue)

Simon Bailey, Partner at Litmus Leisure, shared his thoughts on garden centre catering post-covid. In the article, he looks at how challenges such as rising costs, product availability and changing consumer habits can be overcome and how this sector can remain innovative and nimble in its offering: (page 18)

Hospital Food & Service (Nov/Dec 2021 issue)

Mike Iddon, Partner at Litmus Retail, shared his thoughts on driving recovery and growth of in-house revenue. In this article, Mike looks at how hospitals can ensure their catering offering is suitable and appealing for staff – such as how technology can play a role and how a 247 offering can be provided. Advertising campaign

We rolled out a widespread advertising campaign across various key magazines in Q1 2022, raising awareness of the key services that the core Litmus Partnership provides, as well as our specialist teams Litmus Retail, LitmusFM and Litmus Leisure. We targeted the Healthcare, Leisure, Higher Education and Hospitality sectors and have seen a good response so far.
