Vince Pearson – Non-Executive Director
Vince Pearson has been working within the hospitality and Leisure industry for more than 40 years. He has extensive Board experience with a range of organisations, from major international catering and contracting businesses to small and medium-sized private equity-backed companies and owner-operated businesses.
Vince has a very detailed knowledge of his markets both within the UK and abroad and has a wide range of contacts, networks and relationships within the foodservice sector and associated industries.
He joined the Litmus Board in the autumn of 2020 to advise upon growth and potential acquisitions.
He is chair of the Litmus Remuneration Committee and was also the architect of the Litmus Share Option Schemes which were developed to benefit a wider senior management group in 2023.
