Monitoring & Analytics

Empowering businesses

We know our clients don’t always have the time to check the numbers on their invoices. We can help. In fact, we already monitor over 600 contracts on our clients’ behalf every month. We know when numbers are in line with expectation, and equally when they are not.

Based on the analysis we undertake, we are able to challenge providers where their financial demands or service performance levels fall below what is contracted or where a variation is unacceptable. We recover hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of fees and charges every year for our clients.

How we do it

We track, and forensically analyse data collected on hundreds of actual vs budget outcomes and where there’s a discrepancy from what is expected – we investigate and then we challenge.

We also compare the contract performance against both regional and national average benchmarks checking that key financial indicators and ratios are within acceptable ranges.

This means we can reassure our clients that their provider is operating well and, if they’re not, what can be done to put things right.

Taking action

Mistakes happen and sometimes a service agreement is interpreted incorrectly.  That said, every charge needs to be correct and valid.  It’s our job to make sure our clients are paying for the service they receive – nothing more, nothing less.

And if we can save you budget along the way even better. We recover hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of fees and charges every year for our clients.
