We’ve had lots of media articles appear in the last few months.
Firstly, the news of Candice Finn being appointed as Managing Director of Litmus appeared on the Boarding School Association’s website, FMUK, Facilities Management Journal website, the Care Home Catering website and in the November/December issue of Hospital Food & Service magazine.
Our Managing Director of Litmus Retail, Mark Kassapian, has also been busy commenting on various trends and issues.
In TUCO magazine, December issue, Mark appeared in a feature focusing on ‘Vegan and Vegetarian’ food, where he talked about how to market vegan products, soft drink options, and evolving consumer tastes. You can check it out here.
He then appeared again in the January issue of TUCO magazine, in a ‘Catering Innovation and Concept Solutions’ feature, commenting on how caterers should consider utilising tech within their outlets – such as screens to display menus or tablets for ordering. Have a read here.
We’ve also been working with some of the key education titles around the launch of our new specialist in-house food procurement and catering management system – Litmus Edge. We had a full page advert run in The Educator magazine which you can see here.
