Litmus launches a Hygiene and Cleaning Checklist for commercial kitchens

We understand kitchen cleaning teams are busy in the day-to-day, but taking a regular, strategic approach to hygiene and cleaning is a necessity, whether you’re operating in an education, business or healthcare setting.

To help cleaning teams ensure they have all their bases covered, Litmus has launched a free downloadable Hygiene and Cleaning Checklist for commercial kitchens. This can be printed, put up in the kitchen area and used as a daily checklist. It can also be used within staff onboarding manuals to help shape new joiners’ training programmes.

The Checklist covers the seven key areas of best practice hygiene and cleaning including Planning & Assessment, Equipment Longevity and Cross Contamination Prevention.
