ReviewOur first port of call is understanding the client’s challenge. This is an open conversation, where we listen and learn about the client’s organisation, so we can understand what is needed.
InsightEverything we do is insights-based, which makes us different from other consultancies. Once we understand the client’s challenge, we utilise industry insights, research and data to look at where they sit within the industry and where there may be additional areas we can help with.
OptionsWe recommend options to the client, which will include timescales and budget. What’s important is that whilst there will be a cost for our consultancy fees, nearly always the end cost to the client is zero, or a saving. Everything we recommend is a more efficient way of operating, which will either reduce cost, increase profit or increase efficiency.
ActionWhen the client has chosen their option, it’s implemented. We may be retained to help implement it or clients can do it themselves, in which case we arm them with the actionable plan and check in from a distance.
MobilisationThe project goes live! This can include implementing suitable contracts, installing systems (including SaaS such as Edge) and supporting the client beyond day one as required.
Manage and MonitorOnce it’s live, there is still work to be done. We can add significant value by continually managing the service, to ensure the client’s internal team or contracted team, do what they say they’re going to do. We work in collaboration with the client to keep reviewing the project and ensure deliverables and KPIs are where they should be.
EvolveWhat’s the next challenge or opportunity? Often, when a client sharpens up one area ie their catering, they realise another area needs honing ie their cleaning provision. This is where we look at what else can be improved.
