Job Summary

Business Support and Tenders Assistant’s primary focus is to guide clients through the tender process. This will require liaising with all levels of our management and Senior Consultants delivering the services to our clients, decision-makers and influencers within our client’s organisation and with providers of contractor services delivered to our clients.

Good, clear and confident communications skills, both written and verbal, are highly regarded with the ability to prioritise workload whilst being proactive.

A summary of key tasks is as follows:

  • The preparation and development of tender documentation, while adhering to strict regulatory deadlines
  • Proof reading and formatting of documents for release on to the tenders portal
  • Administration of all client’s and consultant’s tender portal logins
  • Control of version history of all documents that are updated during the tender process
  • Providing office and administrative support to the Partners and Consultants
  • To always maintain Litmus, consultants and client’s confidentiality and security
  • Database maintenance and email linking

Experience and Qualifications

  • NVQ/SVQ in Business and Administration, Levels 1-4 or equivalent (desirable, not essential).
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A great team player
  • A desire to show initiative
  • Worked in similar role

 

Additional Details

Competitive Salary

Hours – 40 hours per week / full time Monday-Friday (1 hour Lunch)

Location – Office based in Camberley with options for flexi working once probation is completed
