For those that aren’t aware, Vested is a relatively new progressive methodology for creating highly collaborative business relationships. Based on award-winning research conducted by The University of Tennessee College of Business Administration, Vested aims to create win-win relationships where both parties are equally committed to each other’s success.
We think it’s the future and last year we hosted our first ever Vested seminar, hosted by Vested Founder Kate Vitasek.
Secondly, we wanted to let our clients and prospects know about how our contract and invoice monitoring service has the potential to save them thousands every year.
Businesses or organisations that contract out any Facilities Management services will know that invoices can be complex. Not everyone has the time to check them and not all in-house teams have the experience to be able to identify errors. This is where our facilities management consultants can help; we monitor and check invoices for hundreds of clients.
In the last 12 months alone, we made 141 challenges for 183 clients at 600 sites. We checked over £61million of invoices and challenged nearly 10% of their value, saving our clients £278k+ in credits and refunds; significant sums of money.
