We’ve been busy speaking with the media and contributing to various articles over the past few months.
Here is a snapshot:
- Mark Kassapian, MD of Litmus Retail division, has been very busy! Earlier this year he spoke at the TUCO Winter Conference, which was then written about in Public Sector Catering magazine, Feb issue here, reporting on what was discussed and shared.
- Mark also featured in TUCO magazine March, commenting in a ‘food waste’ feature (here) and also in the April issue in a three-page op-ed style article focused on ‘convenience retail’ in universities (here).
- The news of our Litmus Verify service growing by nearly 15% over the past 12 months and helping our clients recover £202,310 – a 56% increase on the previous year’s figure – on their outsourced catering and cleaning contracts was picked up by The Educator here and Public Sector Catering here. Litmus Verify is a specialist performance insight platform that enables schools and MATs to assess whether their catering and cleaning providers are delivering against agreed contractual costs and standards.
- We’ve also been working with our media partners to showcase Litmus Edge – our specialist catering system for schools that manages their catering in-house. A full-page advert ran in School Caterer, spring issue (here), which showcases how Edge streamlines operations, saves hours of admin time every month, ensures menus are compliant with standards and allergens and makes managing catering in-house much simpler for schools and MATS.
