Over recent years, we’ve been learning more about the concept of ‘Vested’ outsourcing. It’s a rather progressive approach to business relationships – one which looks at creating a win-win relationship where both parties are equally invested in one another’s success.

So, for example, a client e.g. a school, a bank, an NHS Trust and a facilities management service provider enter into a contract which doesn’t solely focus on the simple success of the contractual relationship, but more on the success of each other’s overall business.

We believe this innovative approach is the future. And that more companies would benefit from learning about it. So we’ve been talking to some of our friends in the media about Vested and how it can shape the future of the various sectors we work in.
