Litmus in the news – September 2019

We’ve had a busy few weeks talking to our media friends about various topics and working on articles together.

Nigel Forbes, Managing Partner at Litmus, is featured in this month’s Facilities Management Journal (FMJ) magazine, in the ‘FM Clinic’ section; a regular feature where experts are drafted in to answer a question from a reader.

This month’s question was around how insourcing of FM services is growing in popularity – but is this the best option for businesses?

Nigel’s response was based around how the Vested approach to outsourcing offers mutual success for both parties. This was nice timing as our Vested seminar took place earlier this month too! (If you haven’t about Vested – feel free to email Nigel – we genuinely think it’s the future).

Joe Parfitt, Partner at Litmus, was featured in this month’s Independent Education magazine, where he talked around how schools will financially manage the upcoming increase in teacher pension contributions.  It’s a very concerning issue for many in the education sector and we’ve had lots of questions from schools over the past few months, seeking advice on how they can balance their costs to help absorb this rise.
