Litmus’ Terry Wyldes is taking part in the Manchester 100 Mile

Our LitmusFM Senior Consultant Terry Wyldes is taking part in the Manchester 100 Mile charity bike event this weekend, raising money for The Christie charity, which provides enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds for those battling cancer.

Taking place on Sunday 5 September 2021, the ‘Christie Manchester 100’ will see participants cycle 100 miles, starting and finishing in Wythenshawe Park, Manchester, before taking them through country lanes across the Cheshire landscape. This is the second time that Terry has taken part in the event.

The Christie charity focuses on four main areas – research, care and treatment, education and extra patient services. Each and every pound raised helps them to fund life-changing and potentially life-saving projects that will benefit cancer patients both now and in the future. It is a cause close to Terry’s heart with both his father and two grandfathers sadly passing away from cancer.

Good luck Terry, what a great cause to be supporting!
