Litmus in the News September/October

We’ve had a busy few months speaking to the media around various topics and trends we’re seeing. Here are some of the recent articles our Litmus team has featured in.

LUPC’s Linked magazine (Summer issue)

Mike Iddon, Partner at Litmus Retail, had a double-page spread in the London Universities Purchasing Consortium’s magazine ‘Linked’.  In the article, he talks about the rise of micro-markets and how they enable universities to adapt their offering post-pandemic.

Hospital Food & Service (Sept/Oct issue)

Mike Iddon also featured in Hospital Food & Service magazine in a ‘Sustainability’ three-page feature. As one of three people quoted, Mike talks about the importance of the NHS working together to bring about sustainability changes, such as having a centralised focus group, the significant levels of food waste and how this can be better managed.

Public Sector Catering (September issue)

Karl Cundill, Partner at LitmusFM, was included as part of the ‘Back to School’ section, where he talks about how this academic year is the first time the catering provision will be as close to ‘normal’ as it has been for two years and the importance of schools ensuring their supply chain and equipment is still fit for purpose.
