Phil Silva Presents Award at British Disabled Darts Association

Litmus’ Phil Silva travelled to North East Yorkshire in September for the end-of-season British Disabled Darts Association (BDDA) annual awards to present a trophy recently renamed after his late son.

“I’ve been involved in helping support the BDDA events for a few years now,” commented Phil. “It’s very humbling to be amongst a group of so many incredible and friendly people. They run highly competitive tournaments where the standard of darts is superb. To be asked to present the award to Kevin Lack, this year’s winner was a great honour and I’m very proud to be associated in some small way with the BDDA.”

Phil was in for a surprise too, as his son was also awarded the Player’s Player of the Year award.

Well done Phil and we wish the BDDA continued success for their next event, which is to be held in Abergavenny in January.
