We are pleased to announce that Mark Kassapian has joined the Litmus Retail team as Director.
Mark brings over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, working with prominent and established businesses and brands, serving multiple sectors including healthcare, B&I, travel environments and high street retail. Mark is the perfect individual to help us further accelerate our significant growth within our retail consultancy division.
Over the past 10 years Mark has held several Senior Leadership roles, delivering growth, international expansion and increased revenue working with the likes of Serco, Compass Group, Aramark, SSP Group as well as smaller high street brands.
Mark’s been around the block and served his apprenticeships. He now enjoys an enviable reputation for his insight and expertise in operational delivery, business development, consumer retention and communication in both UK national and international roles. He has developed a unique collaborative and strategic skillset that complements his great operational and client-facing expertise.
