One of the magazines we’ve contributed to recently is Facilities Management Journal (FMJ), which reports on the latest trends within the facilities management industry.
Simon Biggs, one of the Partners here at Litmus, who has also sat on the Steering Group for WRAP, commented on a feature which looked at what Facilities Managers and caterers can do to help reduce the volume of waste that is produced each year in the sector.
With the UK still producing £20bn of food waste per year, this is an issue which still needs to be worked on.
