TUCO (June and July 2023)
TUCO magazine is The University Caterers Organisation’s official publication and targets in-house caterers working within Higher Education.
Terry Wyldes, Head of Asset Management at LitmusFM, appeared in the June issue in an equipment maintenance feature titled ‘A Well-Oiled Machine’. He talks about creating a Planned Preventative Programme, what’s involved and then managing it on an ongoing basis. You can read more here.
Mike Iddon, Managing Director of our Retail Division, appeared in the July issue in a feature titled ‘The Vending Game’, where he comments on the appeal of vending options being labour-free and the increasing trend for digital payments. Read more here.
Contract Catering (June 2023 and July 2023)
Mike Iddon also appeared in Contract Catering magazine, in both the June and July issues.
In the June issue he appeared in a feature titled ‘Grab it While It’s Hot’ which looked at the Grab & Go market. Mike talks about global flavours and promotions proving popular and then appears in the ‘top tips’ box encouraging operators to really nail their offering and align to consumers’ shifting expectations.
