Consumer Insight Team Scoops Award

We’re feeling proud of our Consumer Insight team, who are the most recent recipients of our “Expertise, Passion and Innovation” award; also marking the first time a team have won (previous winners have all been individuals).

The team of four was awarded the accolade in recognition of their hard work and dedication with clients over recent months, which has helped to boost the number of participants in Litmus’ Consumer Insight research programmes by nearly 40%.

Phil Silva, Director for Central Service, stated in giving the award: “Our Consumer Insight Research programmes have never been more popular and our willingness to invest in having people on-site to support the online capture of data has been very successful.

“The results coming from our clients in recent months have been outstanding. Some of those who have implemented plans following our Consumer Insight programmes last year are now showing an 8% increase in people using their catering facilities every day and a 10% increase in the spend per consumer.

“Much of that has been achieved as a result of us helping clients understand what non-users think, which is often best captured on-site, and how to proactively and reactively deal with the threat of the high street competition.

“We’re rightly proud of the results our Consumer Insight help our clients to achieve in the way of continuous improvements.”

The Litmus “Expertise, Passion and Innovation” award recognises outstanding contribution to the business and awards each winner a tax-free sum of up to £25.
