Mini Series Part 2: The new Procurement Act 2023

Recently, the Government announced that the Procurement Act 2023 will come into effect on 24th February 2025.

This means that tender processes commencing after this date are subject to the new law, which will have a significant impact on those working in public procurement.

The new Procurement Act will bring many benefits, including delivering better value for money, as it aims to ensure the money spent on public procurement goes further for the UK’s communities and public services.

There is a lot of detail for everyone to digest. We’re running a free Procurement Act webinar on 2nd October at 10am, hosted by our Education Consultancy Director, with guest presenter Gemma Waring, BiP Solutions, to help education leaders navigate the revised rules.
