Simon has worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years working for both privately owned and international companies. Originally trained with Trust House Forte as a graduate before gaining vast experience working for both Compass and Sodexo in their leisure divisions.
The last seven years have been running projects and consultancy in a wide variety of catering and leisure businesses.
Simon has focused on achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and improving business profitability including ‘business turn-arounds’. With a background of working for major sports and event governing bodies, Simon has knowledge of high-volume spectator catering and hospitality.
