Jo’s procurement career started over 25 years ago at a manufacturing firm in rural Banbury where she discovered Procurement purely by accident.
Since then, she has obtained her CIPS qualifications and worked for a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, construction, retail & manufacturing.
She first discovered her passion for education in 2009 with Bright Horizons, where she was responsible for the creation and set up of a new procurement department implementing new processes, procedures, and structure.
In 2021 post COVID she joined Alpha Plus Group (APG) where she has spent the last five years.
Jo’s specialisations include all operational spend including Catering, Cleaning, FM and Transport. She is a firm believer in a collaborative approach to supplier management and prides herself in getting the best out of all her clients’ suppliers.
