Mack started his working life and gained his passion for hospitality at the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel. Having then worked his way through the kitchen ranks of the British Army, he embarked on a management and leadership journey within the contract catering industry, and over the next 30 years he went on to lead a number of regional and national teams as Managing Director – working across the UK and Ireland.
Mack’s experience within the Contract Catering & FM market was developed working for some of the best and most respected businesses in the UK market. His knowledge of the sector is extensive – covering business & industry, stadia, retail venues, universities, colleges and schools.
Having been at the forefront of operational leadership for such an extended period of his career, Mack is well placed to understand what good looks like, how to drive value and most importantly, how to create long term partnerships for his clients.
Outside of work Mack loves nothing more than long walks, time with his family and an afternoon in the garden smoking on his Big Green Egg!
