We’re delighted to announce that Maria Palmer has joined The Litmus Partnership as Head of Operations for Litmus Edge, our specialist in-house food procurement and catering management system.
Maria brings with her more than 25 years’ experience in the foodservice and hospitality industry, beginning her career in hotel and restaurant management before moving into procurement, data analytics and e-procurement systems across a number of growing and international group purchasing organisations.
Over the course of her career, Maria has held senior leadership roles in client services, price negotiations, database management, system development and mobilisation. This depth of expertise positions her perfectly to support our clients and further strengthen Litmus Edge’s role as a trusted partner in food procurement and catering management.
As Head of Operations, Maria will be focused on ensuring our services and solutions continue to evolve in line with clients’ needs – particularly in the areas of nutrition, compliance and value, which remain at the heart of everything we do.
