At Litmus, we believe every organisation should be able to access expert consultancy without financial barriers. That’s why we offer a range of flexible funding options — so our fees can work around your needs and budget.
Most of our clients choose a fixed fee, spread across either 12 months or the lifetime of the contract.
But that’s just one approach. We also offer alternative models where both parties share in the savings achieved through a Mutual Reward Agreement.
For longer-term partnerships, our Client Agent Model provides all-inclusive services at a single fixed cost, ensuring total transparency from day one.

Fixed Fee Model

A straightforward approach where a single fixed amount is agreed in advance.

Mutual Reward Model
This is a true partnership approach — instead of a set fee, we agree a gain-share arrangement based on the cost savings achieved.

Contract Lifetime Model
For clients who prefer to spread the cost, our Contract Lifetime Model applies the fixed fee across the full duration of the contract — usually 36 or 60 months.
- Payments are made in manageable monthly instalments.
- Reduces initial capital outlay and supports better cashflow planning.
- Ideal for organisations managing multi-year budgets and means you don’t have to find the free upfront.
Client Agent Model
(A long-term partnership approach)
A more comprehensive model where Litmus acts as your ongoing client agent — not just through the tender process, but throughout the lifetime of the contract.
